Chill your ice cream bowl in the freezer for at least 24 hours
In a large bowl, whisk the milk, sugar, and salt. Whisk until the sugar completely dissolves! (This takes 3-5 minutes)
Stir in the heavy cream, vanilla paste, and bourbon
Cover the milk mixture and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight (I always do 24 hours)
Pour mixture into the frozen bowl of your ice cream maker and churn!
Churn the bourbon ice cream for about 20-25 minutes, until it's your desired consistency
Cut the chocolate blondies into bite size pieces
Pour 1/2 of the ice cream mixture into an airtight container
Layer 1/2 of the blondie cubes and fold them into the bourbon ice cream
Pour the rest of the ice cream followed by the rest of the blondies and fold again
Ice cream can be enjoyed right away or frozen overnight for a firmer texture
Notes
You can choose how much bourbon to use!For a stronger bourbon taste, add 1-2 Tbsp extra, but just know it may alter the texture of the ice cream! This is the recipe for the blondies! I used only 2 Tbsp of bourbon in those and dark chocolate chips :)
